We had a problem, they came up with a solution. Our transport carts had several recordable safety incidents. The 2320 Group looked at our process, designed in CAD, and over the last two years, there has been ZERO safety and maintenance issues for us.
I appreciate their integrity! I asked them to re-machine finished parts I bought from overseas. They went through and showed me how inconsistent the parts were. The Group told me they could do it, but the cost and refinishing wasn’t worth the risk and money. They machined and finished new ones quickly, using quality materials at a fair price.
